Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups of oatmeal
- half a glass of walnut
- half a glass of raw hazelnuts
- half a glass of raw almonds
- 3-4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
- half a glass of dried seedless grapes
- half a glass of molasses
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Preparation:
- Chop the walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts into large pieces and put them in a bowl.
